Winter Solstice 2015- What it Means

December 16, 2015

Every year, there is a Winter Solstice. But what is it?

The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year. You are probably aware that in winter our days get shorter and it starts getting darker earlier. They get shorter and shorter every day until the occurrence of the Winter Solstice.

In 2015, the Winter Solstice will fall on Tuesday December 22. The solstice has been important to various cultures throughout the world, and in the Northern Hemisphere. People often go to Stonehenge in the UK to celebrate the Winter Solstice and watch the sunrise, because it signifies a very special time for them.

Some of our psychics may also be celebrating the Winter Solstice, so if you would like a special reading this winter, you can give them a call. Many will be online and available to chat to you! Simply download the Psychics Live TV app to start your live reading.
